The proposed new text of the draft conclusions adds the phrase “We call on Turkey to participate in the dialogue, with a view to resolving all disputes related to maritime claims between Turkey and Cyprus, and notes that the European Council is fully committed to the comprehensive solution of the Cyprus problem;».
