Another video was released recording an incident of violence by the police. As can be seen from the footage, an 18-year-old man was once shot in the chest by a police officer during his pursuit in Washington, who eventually died after being transferred to a local hospital.
According to the Metropolitan Police Department, the agents responded to an incident in the southeast of the capital, shortly before 4 pm on Wednesday, in relation to reports of the presence of a man with a gun in the area.
The video shows the police officers heading to a parked vehicle and the young man, along with another, running to escape. The young man holds an object in his hand and when he turns to the policeman, he shoots him once in the chest and the first falls covered in blood.
Then the officer starts looking for the gun the young man was told he was holding and after a few seconds, he finds something that says “I found it, that’s what he was holding.”
