Two months have passed since the tragic death of Naya Rivera and now the Ventura County Medical Examiner’s Office has released the full autopsy report of the former actress. The former Glee star died on July 8 after taking a boat trip to Lake Piru with her four-year-old son Josey. The original story says that she and her son went swimming and helped him get back to the boat, but she never came back. Naya was confirmed dead on July 13 at the age of 33 when her body was found in the lake after 5 days of searching.
But now authorities have more details about what really happened on the day Naya died. People report that Josey told investigators that he and Naya counted “1, 2, 3” and then jumped out of the boat into the lake. After getting in the water, Josey says his mom told him to go back to the boat.
