A couple from Serres defied the confinement and organized an onomastic party with the guests, on the day of Agios Nikolaos.
Following a complaint, the police searched the couple’s home, where they found that a total of seven people were gathered: the couple and five guests.
By order of the Prosecutor’s Office, a complaint was filed against the owners of the house for violating the protection measures to prevent infectious diseases and a fine of 3,000 euros was imposed.
Fines of 300 euros were imposed on all guests.
