The main request of the Panhellenic Federation of Homeowners (POMIDA) for the reimbursement of 50% of the losses of each owner is satisfied, through a direct subsidy and not a tax compensation, which, for those consistent taxpayers who could, to ensure the 2 % discount would be of immediate importance, since they would have to wait until July 2021 to be deducted from their tax obligations for the next year.
POMIDA judges the event as a measure in the right direction, however, it emphasizes that the continued exemption of owners with “reduced” rents from all other facilities and transfers of tax obligations, regulations, etc. is negative. (and reductions in rent for primary and student housing) planned for so many other categories of taxpayers, while the compensation process for the previous mandatory reductions from the March-October 2020 period has not been completed, nor the injustice against owners – any legal entity.
