Finally, according to the newspaper, the Minsk Group is calling for action, “the only internationally authorized body to facilitate negotiations with a view to a comprehensive and lasting solution to the Nagorno-Karabakh problem.”

At the same meeting, Peter De Roover, a member of the Flemish nationalist N-VA, rejected a proposal for diplomatic relations with the self-proclaimed “Republic of Nagorno-Karabakh”.
