Week … the blockade dawned on Monday (September 11), with images of the street that do not recall March.

As of Saturday morning (11/6), the country sank – again – after the government’s decision of a new blockade due to the second wave of the pandemic.
The streets were deserted on the weekend reminiscent of the images of the first curfew. We can say that this had an explanation because the schools were not working, while a large part of the people were not working.
These images changed Monday morning (September 11), with Newsbomb.gr located in the center of Athens and transmits you images. In Panepistimiou, there is a relatively higher vehicle traffic, which in no way resembles the empty roads we saw at the close of spring.
Pictures of Panepistimiou at 7:30 on Monday morning:
Traffic is also increasing on Alexandras and Athens avenues, with drivers moving for work, but also for normally operating kindergartens and elementary schools.
