448,203 companies participated in the Refundable Advance 4 – Then, in early January, the Refundable Advance 5
Yesterday, in accordance with the programmed schedule, the application process for the 4th cycle of the Refundable Advance was completed, in which 448,203 companies participated.
The total amount that will be channeled to companies within the 4th cycle of the Refundable Advance exceeds 2,000 million euros. 1,530 million euros have already been paid to 319,835 companies.
In total, through the four cycles of the Refundable Advance, 5.5 billion euros will be paid at the end of the year.
This week and next, the payment of the planned amounts to the remaining beneficiaries will follow, after an audit.
Immediately after, the Ministry of Finance launches it 5th cycle of the Refundable Advance, as already announced.
This is a new cycle, which will be added to the two months of the fourth cycle, the last two months of the year, resulting in the period September 2020 – December 2020, in order to more clearly reflect the extent of the impact of the pandemic on the turnover of Greek companies.
As in the fourth cycle, so in the fifth, the 50% of the financial aid to companies will be non-refundable., provided they maintain the same level of employment until June 2021, to achieve the dual objective of supporting both companies and employees.
In the near future, interested parties will be informed about the individual characteristics of the Refundable Advance 5 and the exact implementation schedule, according to which applications are expected to start in early January 2021.
