The Athens Prosecutor’s Office initiated a very serious criminal proceeding against one of the three detainees in the context of the investigation of the Counter-Terrorism Service. Specifically, felony prosecution for the crime of violation of the arms law, he filed against one of the three defendants, who was allegedly his accomplice Vassilis Paleokostas.
Instead, the other two defendants are on trial for violating the gun law, a misdemeanor.

After the accusation, the three defendants (due to relevance but also because the imposition of restrictive conditions to the offense is foreseen) referred to investigator for apology.
However, they also asked received a deadline to prepare your apology.
It should be noted that in the courts from early on they had gathered approximately 40 supporters who shouted slogans of support to those arrested. There was a strong police force outside the courts and those assembled were blocked at the entrance of the courts.
The defendants were brought before the prosecutor in white bulletproof vests and handcuffs, accompanied by members of the anti-terrorist service.
