The budget foresees an increase in unemployment this year, to 18.9% from 17.3% in 2019, and a decrease of one percentage point to 17.9% of the workforce in 2021. Imports and exports are expected to recover dynamically next year with changes 16.4% and 22.5% respectively after diving 17.4% and 30.3% in 2020.

Your total costs State budget for the year 2021 are projected at € 67,184 million, € 2,148 million less than their estimated level for 2020. This increase is mainly due to the increase in income from VAT (+2,465 million euros), special taxes (+139 million euros), personal income taxes (+163 million euros) and legal persons (+ 830 million euros).

The progressive amortization of part of the tax and insurance liabilities suspended in 2020 will provide income of 224 million euros. Likewise, an increase of 709 million euros (+ 3.5%) is projected in OKA’s income from insurance contributions, due to an increase in job.
