The Joint Ministerial Decision (JMD) was published in the Official Gazette for the granting of the single financial aid, amounting to 400 euros Unsubsidized long-term unemployed.
According to the JMC, the grant was approved by Manpower Employment Organization (OAED) a one-time financial aid of EUR 400 for each unsubsidized long-term unemployed person, registered in the OAED unemployment register, who acquires the condition of long-term unemployed from 1-3-2020 until the publication of this JMC, with the exception of those who received the sole financial support of n. 5687/282 / 16-4-2020 Joint ministerial decision (Β ‘1468).
The payment process financial aid is as follows:
- The payment of financial aid is made by the OAED, with prior approval by the Organization’s Board of Trustees, after inspection of the home in the list of unemployed and pertinent suggestion of the competent Directorates.
- From the home control of OAED the following data is verified for each beneficiary:
a) Maintain long-term unemployed status at the time of publication,
second) the name, patronymic and patronymic,
C) the police identification number or passport,
re) the social security registration number (AMKA),
me) the tax registration number (TIN),
F) the individual or joint bank account number, as well as the international bank account number (IBAN).
- Beneficiaries must update the above information on the OAED electronic platform within a period to be determined by OAED.
- The lump sum financial aid payment is completed on 12-31-2020.
By chance improperly paid amounts are charged receiving openly, by decision of the OAED Board and are collected in accordance with the provisions of the Public Revenue Collection Code (KEDE).
