According to the first estimates, cracks have been identified in the Karamanlis holes, making the situation at the point particularly dangerous, as there is a fear that heavier stones reaching even a ton will be dislodged. Right now, crews from the Attica region are on site and doing the job.
According to the geologist of the Attica region, Nikos Tavoularis, some small falls have recently been observed. According to him, a technical report is expected to be completed. At the same time, as reported at the time, only one current of the road will remain closed to drivers
