Turkey: opens new fronts with France and NATO

Earlier, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan fired a new “fire” against Greece and Cyprus, blaming them for “malicious behavior”, but also his French counterpart Emanuel Macron.

Referring specifically to the Eastern Mediterranean, during his speech at a party rally in Caesarea, the Turkish president said that “instead of surrendering to the rude behavior of Greece and the Greek Cypriot side, it is necessary to maintain law and order.”

“Even a glance at the map of the Eastern Mediterranean is enough to understand Turkey’s correct position.” Until our interlocutors act in accordance with the law, we are determined to implement our own plans, “he said.

Referring to his French counterpart, the Turkish president characteristically said “what can we say about the head of a state who behaves in this way with millions of his citizens who have different religions.” He also asked “what is his long-term problem with Islam and Muslims”, adding that the French president needs psychotherapy.

Also on the occasion of the German police raid on a mosque in Berlin, the Turkish president said that “with such attacks on the rights of Muslim citizens, European fascism has entered a new phase.”

According to Anadolu, the Turkish president, during a speech at an AKP rally in Kayseri, accused France of being behind the devastation in Azerbaijan and added that Turkey would continue to strengthen Azerbaijan until all its territories were liberated. under occupation.

It should be noted that a few days ago the Turkish president accused his French counterpart, speaking with the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, that “he wants to clear his accounts with Islam.”
