In detail, it is decided:
ARTICLE 1)
The interruption of the traffic of all vehicles, on the Stratou bridge (χ / θ 77 + 200) during the period from 04/05/2020 to 07/05/2020, during the hours 06:30 to 19:00, by execution of asphalt work.
Traffic will be via the Halkiopoulou-Stratou Provincial Highway, the Matsoukiou Bridge, and the Kalyvia-Spolaita Provincial Highway. .
ARTICLE (2)
During the previous period, under the responsibility of the contractor company “ODOS SA”, all appropriate measures are taken for the uninterrupted and safe conduct of pedestrian and vehicle traffic and to place that provided for in article 9 of the Code of Civil Procedure. .Κ. construction site marking, which will be valid 24 hours a day, along with no. DIPAD / OIK / 502 of the decision of 7/9/2003 Υφ.ΠΕ.ΧΩ.Δ.Ε. (technical specification for marking road works carried out) and no. (4) a relevant approved design marking project.
ARTICLE (3)
This decision is valid from 07:00 hours on 04/05/2020 and after its publication, in accordance with article 109 of Law 2696/1999 KOK, its publication on the Internet, in accordance with article 4 Law 3861 / 2010 and the placement of the planned road signs ends at 7:00 p.m. on 07/05/2020.
ARTICLE (4)
Violators of this Decision are prosecuted and punished, in accordance with the provisions of Law 2696/99 (A-57) “On the ratification of the Road Traffic Code”, as amended, supplemented and in force today. The adoption of measures imposed for the implementation of this article is assigned to the Agrinio Traffic Department.
