EMY issued an Extraordinary Hazardous Weather Phenomenon Bulletin on Wednesday morning.
It warns that the bad weather that is already affecting the south of the island country will continue today with the main characteristics of heavy rains and storms and local hail.
Bad weather will affect Crete, the Cyclades and the Dodecanese.
The effects will gradually weaken from Thursday.

The bad weather that manifests itself in the south of the island country with heavy rains and thunderstorms and hail in some places, will continue today Wednesday (10-21-2020), while the weakening of the phenomena is expected gradually as of Thursday ( 10-22-2020).
More specifically, the following will be affected:
- 1. Crete until Thursday night.
- 2. The Cyclades, mainly the western ones, until noon on Thursday.
- 3. The Dodecanese until Thursday morning.
