5. Movement outside the prefecture to transfer to the place of permanent residence, with the certificate of residence for special use from the Independent Public Revenue Authority (AADE) or with the E1
6. Traveling outside the prefecture for students, which requires proof of primary residence and a document from the School to return to it.
Throughout other cases Travel outside the prefecture is prohibited and violators must pay in accordance with article 104 of the Traffic Code, in force. administrative penalty fee three hundred (300) euros for each offense, without prejudice to the penalties provided.
