According to a relevant announcement, for the relocation of employees-employees from the private sector, both forms can be legally used as an alternative to the issuance of the corresponding marketing authorization certificate.
In particular, it is possible in the following two ways:
- Handwritten certificate type AD (printed from https://forma.gov.gr/), completed and signed by the employer with his physical stamp and provided under the personal responsibility of the signer or
- Marketing authorization certificate for employees of the “ERGANI” Information System, at https://eservices.yeka.gr/.
For members of administrative bodies and self-employed professionals and artisans, for intersection reasons, only the marketing license certificates issued by the PS “INSTRUMENTS” may be used for their circulation.
With the license certificates issued by the PS “ERGANI”, trips outside the limits of the regional unit for work reasons are also covered.
It is clarified that those already issued by the PS “ERGANI” marketing authorization certificates are valid until their expiration date.
