But Dimitris Melissanidis is preparing … something else, as the AEK Stadium in New Philadelphia will be adorned with a huge double-headed steel Eagle, which will be made by the sculptor who made the Eagle that existed in the Groupama Arena in Budapest, but also it has made it even bigger for the Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, USA.
The steel eagle with a wingspan of 27 meters that will be placed in the square in front of the large museum building and will be an autonomous pole of attraction for visitors.
The huge eagle that Melissanidis is preparing will adorn the stadium on the left in the small square as we view the building in front of the roof.
According to the New Year’s “Hour”, AEK’s administrative leader has contacted the above-mentioned sculptor, who is Hungarian and lives in the United States, with the sculptor awaiting the final design.
Let us emphasize again that it is a Double-headed Eagle, which will be made of stainless steel and as it is understood, it will be itself a pole of attraction for visitors from all over the world.
