Especially for Attica, he highlighted that case recordings are disproportionately large in relation to the population, while every day almost half of the coronavirus cases come from the specific Regional Unit. He explained that this is because respiratory viruses, such as the coronavirus, are favored in urban areas, where conditions and coexistence favor transmission between strangers and beyond constant social contacts.
