I was saddened to learn of the death of our compatriot Thomas Rammos, 72, founder and president of the company “MARKET IN”, who was unjustly losing the battle against the coronavirus.
Thomas Rammos was born in Analipsi, Thermo Township. He founded the MARKET IN company in 1990, which today has more than 200 stores in Greece and employs at least 3,000 employees. He was a genuine patriot since he hired Etoloakarnanes in their operations, supported the Holy Monasteries, associations and bodies of the Municipality of Thermo.
