His body, however, has not been located, despite the fact that almost 8 years have passed since his disappearance.
The family friend was accused of being the “mastermind” and the orchestrator of Mario’s kidnapping and murder. In fact, he was sentenced by the trial court to life imprisonment plus 23 years for murder, gang formation, kidnapping and attempted extortion. The man’s wife was also convicted of kidnapping and mere complicity in an extortion and gang attempt.
