The case of his kidnapping and murder is once again under the microscope of the judicial authorities Marios papageorgiou.

Case by case, the defendants face charges of complicity in the kidnapping and murder of the victim, while among them are the children of the main defendant, who was sentenced to life imprisonment both in the first instance and in the Court of Appeals.
With them is the wife of the “mastermind” of the case, who was sentenced in the first instance to 18 years for conspiracy to attempt extortion and kidnapping of the victim, while now facing the charge of complicity in the murder of Marios Papageorgiou. Witness testimony in the case is expected to begin in the next few days.
