The reaction of the parliamentary representative of the Movement for Change, Andrea Loverdou, was provoked by the candidacy of Anna Diamantopoulou to the post of Secretary General of the OECD, at the proposal of Kyriakos Mitsotakis.
In a post on Twitter, he stated: “Anna is nominated by Kyriakos for secretary general of the OECD. Eventually we co-govern with ND but with the responsibility of some we do not know,” with an obvious reference to the rest of the members of the faction of center left in reference to the Movement for Change that has been used by the New Democracy government.
It should be noted that the executives of the Movement for Change have characterized “a positive development for Greece the candidacy of A. Diamantopoulou in the OECD”, adding that “Mr. Mitsotakis once again elected an executive of our party for a post of international leadership, showing that it does not have a similar potential ”.
SYRIZA: “Is there a de facto co-government of KINAL with the right?”
Loverdou’s statement provoked the reaction of SYRIZA – Progressive Alliance, whose announcement asks if there really is a clandestine consultation of the president of KIN.ALL. with Kyriakos Mitsotakis.
The relevant announcement says:
The Parliamentary Representative of the Movement for Change, with his statement today, wonders if his party is co-ruling with the ND and “with the responsibility of some that we do not know.”
We look forward to the one in charge of clarifying.
Is there really a clandestine consultation with Mr. Mitsotakis?
There is a de facto co-government of KIN.ALL. with the right? “
