The murder of a Ukrainian man and woman, who were found dead Sunday at a holiday home in the Flampouro area of Loutraki, is attributed to homicide, the head of the service told the Athenian-Macedonian news agency. As Kotakidis told APE-MPE, after an autopsy he performed at his home on Sunday night, both bodies suffered multiple blows to the head, estimated to have been caused by an organ bearing a tumor.
An autopsy – the necropsy – of the bodies of the man and the woman is expected to be carried out on Monday, while the police continue investigations and data collection, in order to clarify the case.
Initially, the woman’s car was found burned and authorities were looking for her tracks. Police are looking for an ex-partner of the woman as a key suspect, and law enforcement sources previously estimated it to be a crime of passion.
