Long meeting of specialists in infectious diseases: different proposals for primary schools

[ad_1]

A meeting of the Committee on Infectious Diseases is currently being held to decide what will happen to the operation of primary schools, kindergartens and kindergartens.

According to the information, there are three scenarios, as infectious disease specialists suggest three scales of measures for the state to decide: the first refers to the closure of schools in Thessaloniki and areas of northern Greece, the second to the closure of schools in all areas with an epidemiological burden and the third in the closure at the national level.

The fact that the Infectious Disease Specialists meeting lasts so many hours cannot exclude the fact that there will be no final presentation today and the decision to close schools will be postponed for the next few days.

However, everyone agrees that the closure of primary schools is not due to an epidemiological outbreak of the coronavirus in primary schools, but to limiting traffic and traffic congestion on the streets, by the parents who accompany them.
