- Operation of sports facilities for training and competitions without the presence of spectators from the participating teams:
in the category A ‘National men’s soccer championship (Superliga), - in the basketball league (Basket League),
- in European matches (Champions League, Europa League, Euroleague, BCL, according to the special protocols of UEFA, Euroleague, FIBA),
national teams, men or women, team sports that have competitive obligations during this period.
In any case, the application of the present case is only possible if the teams follow a health protocol, which includes the mandatory weekly screening of athletes for COVID-19 with antigen testing, by accredited laboratories.

The following are clarified:
A. The possibility of excluding the operation of sports facilities for training and competitions, without the presence of spectators and for other national championships and / or international events, whose teams will present and approve a sanitary protocol, including a mandatory weekly preventive. Athletes testing for COVID-19 with antigen testing from accredited laboratories.
B. The possibility of preparing athletes for the European and World Championships, which will be held until April 2021, will be considered immediately, with nominal declarations to be issued by the General Secretariat for Sports, on the recommendation of their respective Federations .
