Blockade: The country enters new conditions from early Saturday morning as it will implement the universal blockade measure announced by Prime Minister Konstantinos Mitsotakis in order to limit the spread of the coronavirus in our country.
This time, unlike the March closure, elementary schools, kindergartens and special schools will remain open. It was decided to close secondary schools and gymnasiums and implement the distance education system.
The parents of the students are entering a new daily routine, since they will have to follow a few simple steps so as not to face any problem at the police checkpoints when traveling to and from school.
Number 4 in 13033 will allow students to be escorted to school. Parents should have with them the necessary document stating that their child attends the specific school. The specific document, called “Traffic Certificate of a minor student” must have the signature of the school principal.
SMS codes to 13033
For individual trips (type B), you have 3 options: SMS, completed and printed certificate of movement form or handwritten certificate of movement.

The SMS must be in the form of:

where X is the output relation with the number 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 corresponding to the following reasons:
- Go to a pharmacy or visit a doctor, if recommended after contact.
- Go to an operational store of basic necessities (supermarket, mini market), where it is not possible to send them.
- Go to the bank, to the extent that electronic transaction is not possible.
- Move around to help people in need or to accompany minor students to / from school.
- Attend a funeral under the conditions provided by law or go to divorced parents or those who are in a dimension that is necessary to ensure communication between parents and children, in accordance with current provisions.
- Physical exercise in the open air or movement with a pet, individually or as a couple, observing in the latter case the necessary distance of 1.5 meters.

The service is available from mobile phones with a SIM card from mobile phone providers operating in Greece (Cosmote, Vodafone GR, Wind). To use the 13033 service, citizens with a device that has a SIM network card abroad can obtain a prepaid connection at the providers’ points of sale. It is recalled that the use of the service 13033 is free.
The messages of 13033 refer exclusively to the confirmation of exceptional trips. 13033 does not send messages that refer to the installation of the software or to a website other than forma.gov.gr
