Nikos Hardalias gave clarifications on the measures that will take effect in the country from Saturday, November 7 at 6:00 in the morning, within the framework of the general closure that was announced.
Particularly, the movement between 21: 00-05: 00 will be carried out as the rest of the day, that is, with a message for 13033 and ways of travel for:
- Job,
- Health reasons,
- Individual exercise and outings with pets.
The Vice Minister of Civil Protection clarified, without referring to 21: 00-05: 00, that in the evening hours the authorities will carry out exhaustive controls on citizens, in order to determine if all the new measures are being met.

- Physical exercise in the open air or movement with a pet, individually or as a couple, observing in the latter case the necessary distance of 1.5 meters.

The service is available from mobile phones with a SIM card from mobile phone providers operating in Greece (Cosmote, Vodafone GR, Wind). To use the 13033 service, citizens with a device that has a SIM network card abroad can obtain a prepaid connection at the providers’ points of sale. It is recalled that the use of the service 13033 is free.
The 13033 messages refer exclusively to the confirmation of an exceptional movement. 13033 does not send messages that refer to the installation of the software or to a website other than forma.gov.gr
