The history as punishment

Specifically, his legal adviser, Vassilis Sarakis, had appeared and claimed that the debts were related to “old” Mars, that is, the group that had entered a liquidation regime and had been dissolved. “They are two different legal entities and the contracts and debts referred to the previous entity and the PAE,” he said.
The Arbitration Court ruled with 3-0 votes that the card should be issued to the player, despite punishment by the World Federation.
