It caused sadness in the world of football – and not only – Lithuania, the death of Marios Zalioukas, at the age of just 36 years. The tragic news was published by the country’s federation, without specifying the causes of death.
Zalioukas was an international central defender from 2006 to 2015 (29 games), while at the collective level he played in his homeland with the “colors” of Incara, Kaunas, FBK Kaunas and Silhouette, while he also played in Great Britain on behalf of Corazones (219 matches and cup won), Leeds and Rangers.
