Concerns about the spread of the coronavirus in West Attica prevail as Aspropyrgos, Elefsina, Mandra, Vilia, Megara, Fili and Acharnes are all in “red”.
The 392 active cases and the 764 people who have been placed under house arrest have raised the alarm with the health authorities.
“The spread of the coronavirus in West Attica shows how vulnerable the healthcare system can be,” said professor of microbiology and member of the expert committee, Alkiviadis Vatopoulos. At the same time, with specific tests, experts are monitoring epidemiological data in the wider region.

The results of the EODY Drive Through Testing control points were published by the Organization. In total, 1,285 rapid tests have been carried out today.
