Previously, EODY reported that today 841 new cases of the new virus were registered in the country, of which 76 are related to known outbreaks and 43 were detected after controls on the country’s portals.
The total number of cases is 29057, of which 55.5% are men.
3,777 (13.0%) are considered related to trips from abroad and 11,354 (39.1%) are related to a known case. At the same time, 89 patients are treated by intubation. Their average age is 66.
31 (34.8%) are women and the rest are men. 93.3% of intubated patients have an underlying disease or are 70 years or older. 268 patients have been discharged from the ICU.
Finally, there are 10 more deaths registered and a total of 559 deaths in the country.
209 (37.4%) are women and the rest are men. The mean age of our dying fellow citizens was 79 years and 96.2% had an underlying disease and / or were 70 years or older.
