The Metropolitan’s health seems to have deteriorated rapidly, since three days ago – when the Diocese announced that he was positive for the virus – it was reported that “his health is very good.”
The same announcement also indicates -among other things- that the Bishop of Arousa and Central Tanzania Agathonikos, “brother of the Holy Monastery of Agios Dionysios Olympus, had symptoms of coronavirus” and is undergoing the necessary medical examinations at the Military Hospital 424 Thessaloniki. His state of health, as mentioned, is very good.
The Holy Diocese of Kitros, Katerini and Platamonos calls on the citizens to respect the protection measures, in accordance with the instructions of the responsible state services.
