Koronovios: Malesina in a state of civil protection emergency – The new measures | HELLAS

The municipality of Malesina has declared civil protection status and new additional restrictive measures are being applied.

The announcement says: After an extraordinary meeting at the Civil Protection Business Center, taking into account the epidemiological data that have emerged in the Municipal Unit of Malesina, the Municipality of Lokra, PE Fthiotida of the Central Greece Region, by order of the Deputy Minister of Civil Protection and Crisis Management, Nikos Hardalias and decision of the Secretary General of Civil Protection, Vassilios Papageorgiou, at the proposal of the members of the National Public Protection Committee of 19 Zekente, for urgent reasons to address a serious risk to public health and in particular to limit the spread of the effects of the Covid-19 disease, the Municipality of Malesina declares itself in a State of Civil Protection Emergency from Sunday 02-28-2021 and from 06:00 to Monday 03-08. 2021 at 06:00 for Public Health reasons. Specifically, it is decided:

The new measures for Malesina

1. The temporary imposition of a restriction on residents’ homes and a 24-hour traffic ban, excluding movement with a pet, individually and around the permanent residence (sms code 6) or for health reasons (sms code 1) or for catering purposes (sms 2- and with the exception of the period between 18:00 and 06:00 next) or for work reasons (only within the MA Malesina, for services that remain open and with the corresponding certificate).
2. Residents can move outside the geographic boundaries of Malesina for health reasons.
3. The suspension of retail and health stores, with the exception of food stores (supermarkets, mini-markets, bakeries, butchers, fish markets), pharmacies and gas stations. Product distribution services (delivery) until 11:00 pm are excluded from the suspension of operation.
4. Suspension of the permanent educational function of primary and secondary schools (kindergartens, primary schools, full-time schools, secondary schools, and general and professional education lyceums), as well as all other educational structures (except schools of education special). The courses will be carried out through distance education (distance education).
5. The suspension of gatherings / public or social events regardless of the public or private space, internal or external.
6. The suspension of the operation of public markets.
7. The suspension of religious ceremonies, with the exception of funerals with the presence of up to 9 people of first degree kinship (sms code 5) and the performance of services, cults, rituals, sacraments and all kinds of religious ceremonies, exclusively by religious. ministers and necessary support staff without the presence of other natural persons.
8. In charge of the Central Greece Region and the Municipality of Lokra for the supply and supply of basic needs (food, medicine, etc.) of the residents of Malesina and for any type of assistance in cases of residents with chronic diseases and distress . .
9. In charge of the Regional Administration of Fire Services (PE.PY.D.) of Central Greece for the assistance to the personnel and the means, where and when it is necessary.
10. The supervision and implementation of all necessary actions by the General Directorate of Regional Police (GE.PAD) of Central Greece to comply with the geographical and residence restriction of the inhabitants of Malesina.

Any extension or lifting of the measures will be reevaluated on Monday 08-03-2021.
