Mr. Tsiodras’ return to the briefings, which take place every Tuesday and Friday, was announced on August 24, but was initially replaced by Gikas Majorkinis, assistant professor in the Department of Hygiene and Epidemiology at the EKPA School of Medicine .

It is recalled that yesterday Monday EODY announced 183 new cases of coronavirus in Greece. In total, infections in our country now amount to 10,317. Of these, 2,089 cases (20.2%) are considered related to travel from abroad and 4,570 infections (44.3%) are related to an already known case.
