Koronoios: increase in death toll in Italy – Cases have decreased

The total number of coronavirus cases in Italy is 172,434. The death toll increased to 22,745. Meanwhile, 42,727 people have been treated.

Yesterday, the total number of coronavirus cases was 168,941 and 22,170 people had lost their lives, while 40,164 had received treatment.

The last twenty-four hours, that is, 575 patients died and engraved 3,493 new cases. 2,563 patients became negative for the virus.

2,812 patients are in intensive care units and a total of 25,786 have been admitted to the hospital. The housing restriction was decided by 78,364.

In Lombardy, the total number of cases is 64,135 and the death toll is 11,851. In Emilia Romagna, the number of cases is 21,834, with a death toll that reaches 2,903. In the Veneto region, there are 15,374 people living with the virus, with 1,026 dead.

OR The virus transmission rate decreases compared to yesterday (293 fewer cases), while the last twenty-four hours 50 more people died.

Patients in intensive care units, for the fourteenth consecutive day, continue to decline, as do hospital admissions.

The cures are 491 more than the previous twenty-four hours. The government of Rome is currently establishing the plan for the transition to so-called “phase 2”, with a gradual exit from the state of emergency, and is preparing to extend financial assistance to citizens who have suffered financial losses, until June.
