As of today, Friday (15/05), part of the Nea Smyrni district in Larissa is again in a state of “improved vigilance”, after the new 35 positive cases of coronary heart disease, which emerged from the 637 samples of EODY on Thursday (05/14).
According to Onlarissa.gr, in an extraordinary meeting that ended late Thursday night (05/14) in the Civil Protection Chamber of Commerce under the Vice Minister of Civil Protection Nikos Hardalias and in open communication with the Governor of Thessaly, Costas Agorastos , Professor and Professor. In the context of the previous decision and for its implementation, the following measures are launched by decision of the Secretary General of Civil Protection Vassilis Papageorgiou:
– Prohibition of traffic from 22.00 to 06.00, which will be valid from today 15-5-2020 and for 14 days. Traffic is allowed only for serious health reasons.
– Prohibition to gather more than ten people and strict supervision of the measure.
– Mandatory use of a mask for everyone.
– Itinerant retailers may leave the Nea Smyrni area to work if they have two consecutive negative tests, which will be repeated every five days.
– From the Thessaly Region, cloth masks (1,500 pieces) will be distributed to everyone and antiseptics to each family.
On Friday, the EODY Mobile Health Groups will sample the retailers and the rest who were absent from their home in the previous days, as well as follow up on positive cases.
The Greek police and the municipal police are responsible for ensuring the application of this law, the detection of violations and the imposition of prescribed administrative sanctions.
