For three areas of the country, beyond Attica, the Deputy Minister of Civil Protection and Crisis Management, Nikos Hardalias, sounded the “bell” on the cases of the coronavirus,
As said in the Covid-19 information, the competent services are in a state of “Alert” for Ioannina, Kozani and Pella. In fact, for the first two, the Undersecretary called on his citizens to observe the measures and take special care.
At Pella, things are better as the cases come only from a specific (canned) cluster that has been “sealed”, as Mr. Hardalias put it.
Specifically:
- Kozani: From Friday to Monday night, in three days, that is, 49 new cases and 101 contacts were registered. In total, there are 181 confirmed cases in the area, of which 8 are under treatment.
- Janina: From Friday to Monday night, 66 new cases and 147 contacts were registered. In total, the area registers almost 200 active cases, of which 24 are hospitalized.
- Lump: There are 212 active cases, most associated with a specific group.

The data above does not include the current cases identified in the three areas above.
According to the distribution of cases on Tuesday, the following are identified:
- 13 cases in PE Ioannina, of which 2 are connected by known confluences
- 35 cases in PE Kozani, of which 2 are associated with a known confluence, while 9 report contact with a confirmed case
- 1 case in PE Pella, associated with a known confluence.
