35 patients of the deadly virus are being treated at the university hospital. Of these, 14 are inmates of the metropolitan nursing home. Two people are being treated in the intensive care unit.
Ioannina is a ghost town
Local authorities insist on the need for citizens to respect protective measures, but the fear that even this is not enough to avoid confinement is real.
Both citizens and merchants are faithful to the measures, however the data that arrives is not good, since 23 new cases were announced in the city.
