Intubated registry
At the same time, five new patient deaths were announced, while the number of patients reached 100, something that is of particular concern to health authorities and the government.
“Of course there is concern, but at this stage, at least for Attica, we know that there is an adequacy of more than 30% for ICUs that are for coronavirus. We are not talking generally about ICU beds, which are a lot more, ”explained EKPA rector Thanos Dimopoulos.
At the same time, he stressed that there is a provision for an increase in ICU beds due to the coronavirus, highlighting that next week 50 beds will be inaugurated in the Hospital of Sotiria through a donation from Parliament.
