The Health Minister spoke about the crowded images in squares and outdoors, Vassilis Kikilias.
Mr. Kikilias, speaking on SKAI’s morning show, noted that “we are concerned and saddened by the image of fellow citizens who do not consider vulnerable groups who are in immediate danger from the coronary artery.”
The Minister of Health also stressed that “we will try to help all social groups” and thanked the vast majority of fellow citizens for their responsibility.
The new measures on the table
Regarding the possibility of taking new measures against the spread of the coronavirus, Vassilis Kikilias stressed that everything is on the table, while also revealing the advice he gave to his parents.
What did you say “The advice I gave my parents is that they should minimize socializing and wear a mask.”
As long as the indicators improve, we will not put new measures, he said. On the contrary, as he added, as we see images that concern us -and pose a risk to public health- difficult indicators will enter new measures.
At the same time, he stressed that in case of deterioration of the situation, the imposition of the use of mask outdoors is also being examined.
