Fires in Greece: The fire that broke out at noon on Wednesday (09/09) in Kalivia is now in recession, according to the Fire Department.
There are small fires in several places that are cared for, however, directly by the strong fire brigades operating in the area and who gave a very difficult battle throughout the night against the flames, but also the strong winds.
There are currently 185 firefighters operating in the area with 48 vehicles, 10 groups of pedestrians, volunteers and water carriers, while they no longer need to assist by air.
At the same time, according to the Police, traffic has been restored on Lavriou Avenue and Lavriou, Agia Irini streets.
