Newly elected US President Joe Biden had a minor accident on Sunday.

According to Fox News, the 78-year-old Democratic candidate who won the November 3 election in the United States fell and “sprained” his ankle at his home in Delaware, while playing with his favorite dog, Major.

His office announced that Biden’s injury is being treated with special care and will be examined by an orthopedist later today.

Joe and Jill Biden adopted Major, a German shepherd, in 2018 from a homeless shelter. Thus, Major will become the first former stray to live in the White House.

America’s new presidential couple has another German shepherd, Capt.
