The incident took place when the parents tried to remove the barricades that the students had set up outside the school entrance.

The incidents took place this morning (09/25) in front of the occupied Alimos schools, with outraged parents trying to remove the roadblocks from the entrance gate of 2nd and 5th Secondary School and children through the bars yelling at them and recording their movements on video.
One of these videos was uploaded by students to the Internet, with the result that dozens of their classmates spoke the worst words against their parents.
Parents gathered in front of the schools located on Famagusta Street early in the morning and they tried to break the occupation but failed.
As it became known this afternoon, representatives of the schools that are under occupation will meet with the Mayor of Alimos to find a solution and start their operation again.
