Today is the time for Justice in the Golden Dawn trial with the Court at 11 am announcing its politically and criminally crucial decision on the guilt or not of the accused.
Extremely important is – and is awaited with great interest – the Court’s decision on the indictment of the criminal organization by ATHEX political executives, including party leader Nikos Michaloliakos, Elias Kasidiaris and others.
If the court accepts that they are guilty as a criminal organization, it will accept that there was a political plan and a political organization for the crimes of ATHEX executives and members described in the heavy indictment.
Such decision will mark, in addition to the criminal conviction, the final political condemnation of this political formation, which due to the criminal process has politically evaporated.
In the case of a conviction for the criminal organization, the Court’s decision will take time to come out, it will take days, until the outlook for mitigation, final sentences and who will enter is clarified.
However, if the Court today follows the proposal of the prosecutor of the prosecutor Adamantia Oikonomou, who had proposed the complete acquittal of the political executives from the accusation of the criminal organization, then the entire criminal case for ATHEX’s criminal action will fail, they will Individually convicted of murder alone. Pavlou Fyssa and some other actions, and the decision will be made no later than Thursday.

The confirmed information says that the hard core of ATHEX’s political executives will not appear in court today and of the total of 68 defendants, few will be present.
