Hardalias: “The next few days will be difficult and extremely critical”

Starting today, Friday, the traffic ban will take effect from 9pm to 5am throughout Greece as part of measures to limit the spread of the coronavirus.

During the talk on the evolution of the pandemic, the Deputy Minister of Civil Protection, Nikos Hardalias, recalled that at night transit is allowed only for work, health and transportation with pets.

“The next few days will be difficult and extremely critical,” he said.

That changes the night

After making a recommendation to avoid the necessary movements throughout the day, the Undersecretary recalled that the movement at night is as follows:

• With employee certificate or SMS 1 and 6
• The hours of grocery stores, pharmacies, auto repair shops, which will close at 20:30, are being adjusted.
• Delivery is allowed after 9pm, also take out, but cannot be the main reason for moving
• Telecommuting as much as possible
• No sports within sports clubs, individual exercise in compositions for up to 3 people.
