Gunshot attack in Peristeri: the shipowner’s son and another person arrested

Greek police arrested two people after the incident with a shooting in Peristeri, Tuesday afternoon, outside a parking lot.

As it was learned, the incident occurred at 4:05 p.m. on Dodecaneso street in Peristeri, when a 32-year-old man was leaving the courtyard. Then a car stopped in front of him and two people got out. One hit the man on the head with an iron fist, while the other shot him in the leg.

The man, of Albanian origin, arrived at the Attica hospital with only minor injuries and his life is not in danger.

Greek police were notified of the incident by locals. A large police rally followed, during which the police located a car in Haidari, in which two people were traveling. The police verified that these people were traveling in the same car, which was used in the attack in Peristeri.

On Tuesday night, it was learned from the two detainees that one is the son of a shipowner and that he had participated in a reality television show in the past.
