A large fire has occurred in a forest area at Agios Petros in the North Kynouria Township in Arcadia.
A large fire brigade is operating at the site, consisting of 81 firefighters with 24 vehicles, 4 groups of pedestrians, while the firefighting operation is assisted by local authorities that transport water.
Deputy Mayor Dimitris Katsis told kalimera-arkadia.gr that “the Civil Protection of the North Kynouria Municipality is fighting the fire fighting together with vehicles from the Fire Brigade and many men from the Fire Brigade.”
