Former Golden Dawn deputy, Eleni Zaroulia, is again facing justice, in the case of the attempt to appoint her as a temporary employee in Parliament.
Specifically, the prosecutor filed criminal charges against him to the degree of fault. More specifically, he was prosecuted for stealing a false certificate and a false statement of responsibility.
The indictment refers to the fact that she tried to be named a temporary employee in Parliament, stating in her application that she is not prosecuted for any crime or misdemeanor, while she was already accused in the case of the Golden Dawn criminal organization.
As is known, on the basis of the unanimous decision of the three-member Athens Criminal Court of Appeal, Eleni Zaroulia was found guilty of a criminal organization and sentenced to 6 years in prison.
The court ruled that his sentence must have suspensive effect with restrictive conditions (payment of bail of 20,000 euros and appearance several times a month at the police station).
