April 20, 2015: the trial
October 2, 2015
In October 2015, Paul’s parents testify about the murder of their son.
“On the 17th of the month I saw my son for the last time. He told me that he would go to see the dance, of the few times that he would not see him with his father and that he would go with his friends. Nothing predicted the great evil. The afternoon my daughter’s phone rang, we realized that something bad had happened. Her father came into the house. I ask him what’s going on, who will he talk to me about. He told me it wasn’t something to worry about, Paul called and He is in the hospital. I understood what happened. I asked him: Was that it? Our son is leaving? “were the words with which he began his shocking testimony.
“Rupakia, to remind me”
On October 6 of the same year, the process unfolded episodically, with Magda Fyssa exploding against the murderer.
“I will not leave this life, if I do not hang it, the scum of society,” he exclaimed in the courtroom.
“This to remind me,” he told her as he left the courtroom, throwing a bottle of water at the gold digger.
“Where is your Paul now?”
“Where is your Paul now?” It was the vulgar phrase with which Magda Fyssa verbally attacked supporters of the goldsmiths who were in the courtroom on February 14, 2017.
Serious incidents occurred in the courtroom with anti-fascists and fascists holding hands, while police intervention was required.
The Fyssa family went to court to file a lawsuit, and the court imposed a seven-month suspended sentence on the defendant.
Attack of the goldsmiths to civil action
On the morning of November 1, 2017, a civil lawyer, Eugenia Kouniaki, and a citizen were attacked by fascists, a few meters from the entrance to the Court of Appeal.
The goldsmiths reportedly threw trikas, shouted slogans and hit the lawyer in the face.
“I got off the trolley and immediately saw a group of 10-15 people getting into cars on Alexandras Avenue and chasing someone on the trolley, cursing. They get in front of me to get into the trolley. We yelled ‘stop’ at the driver to close the doors. One hit me in the face. We passed by yelling at the police to stop them, there was MAT, but no action was taken. “Only two policemen told us to wash our faces and calm down,” he told the exit GADA.
“A simple homicide …”
Cold, provocative and unrepentant, George Roupakias, the confessed killer of Pavlos Fyssas, apologized on July 18, 2019.
In fact, at first, Roupakias provoked everyone even more, saying it was a simple homicide to rebuild later and talk about a tragic homicide.
George Roupakias in his apology, among other things, said: “Because I sat and thought outside about this unfortunate man for the simple murder, I want to say that I am sorry. I’m sincerely sorry, I wish I could go back in time. It was a tragic homicide. “
The führer
On November 6, 2019, the Golden Dawn “Führer” appeared in court, denying everything.
Cold, cynical, unrepentant and extremely provocative for the umpteenth time, he tried to refute all the accusations against him and the Golden Dawn.
From the assault battalions and incendiary speeches with Nazi content to the assassination of Pavlos Fyssas and the Greek color he gave to the Nazi salute.
The grouping around the leader’s face is mainly seen during his departure, as after his departure the goldsmiths clap their hands and shout “Blood, Honor, Golden Dawn”. The camera “stops” some of them to greet the Nazis in solidarity, while they are accompanied by a police force.
