As part of the criminal organization process, three crimes are being tried together: the murder of Pavlos Fyssas (September 18, 2013), the attempted murder of the Egyptian fisherman Abuzid Ebarak (June 12, 2012) and the attempted murder of 12 KK members. Attack of the goldsmiths to civil action
On the morning of November 1, 2017, a civil lawyer, Eugenia Kouniaki, and a citizen were attacked by fascists, a few meters from the entrance to the Court of Appeal.
